Karen Franczyk

Karen Franczyk is an experienced professional in sustainability and partnership development, currently serving as the VP of Partnerships at Phood Solutions since March 2022. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at the Center for EcoTechnology, including Program Manager for Wasted Food Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed managing grants and driving food waste reduction across multiple states. Karen spent over 14 years at Whole Foods Market, progressing from Store Team Leader to Sustainability and Maintenance Coordinator for the North Atlantic Region, where efforts focused on integrating maintenance and energy efficiency with sustainability strategies for numerous stores and facilities. Earlier, Karen was the Owner of The Big Red Barn, managing all operations of a shared organic farm.
