Alma Shamatov

Alma Shamatov has a diverse range of work experience that spans several industries.

From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an Estimator at Ken's Auto Body and Service Center. Following this, they joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee for a few months.

In 2017, Alma transitioned to Planar, where they held three roles. Alma began as a Client Service Representative, responsible for order fulfillment and coordinating with various teams. Alma then became a Sales Operations Specialist, supporting Regional Account Managers with a focus on Government orders. Finally, they were promoted to the role of Sales Operations Specialist Lead, where they managed sales cycles and internal communication in demanding territories.

Since 2018, Alma has been working at Phoseon Technology as a Sales Operations Specialist. Their responsibilities include creating quotes, processing orders/returns, ensuring orders are ready for shipment, and aiding in process improvements. Alma supports both international and U.S. accounts, utilizing CRM, Syteline, and Microsoft Word as part of their work.

Alma Shamatov completed their high school education at North Marion High School from 2004 to 2008, earning a High School Diploma. Following this, they attended Warner Pacific University from 2011 to 2013. During this time, Alma pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human and Health Kinetics with an emphasis on Exercise Science, specializing in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
