Sward Tondoneh

Sward Tondoneh serves as the Director of Communications for the DC Government since February 2019 and is also the SAEP Team Leader at the College Success Foundation since June 2014. In addition, Sward has held the position of Shift Lead Sales Associate at Photogenic Inc. since May 2011, providing customer service to over 600 cruise attendants daily and resolving client concerns with a focus on satisfaction. Prior experience includes an External Affairs Intern role at Verizon from October 2008 to August 2011, where Sward contributed to problem-solving initiatives and relationship-building with community leaders. Sward began professional experience as a Summer Clerk at the DC Metropolitan Police Department in 2008, supporting public requests for police records and maintaining accurate databases. Sward holds a Bachelor's Degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Bennett College.
