Marko Mihovilić

Chief Architect at Photomath

Marko Mihovilić is the current Chief Architect at Photomath. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Microblink from October 2014 to April 2016. There, they were responsible for designing and developing mobile applications for the iOS, Android and Windows Phone platforms. Before that, from August 2012 to October 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer at InstantCom where they designed, developed, tested, deployed and maintained mobile and web applications, mostly using open technologies like Java Spring, MySQL and MongoDB. Prior to that, from October 2011 to August 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer at Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. where they were responsible for Core Network Feature Development (real-time embedded system VOIP implementation features). Finally, from July 2010 to October 2010, they worked as a Software Engineer during Summer Camp 2010 at Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. where they developed a telecomunications gateway Web service prototype using Java EE technology.

Marko Mihovilić has a B.Sc in Computer Science from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER) at the University of Zagreb, Croatia. Marko also has an M. Sc in Information Processing from FER. Prior to their university studies, they attended Gimnazija Antuna Gustava Matoša, a high school in Zagreb, where they studied mathematics and natural sciences.

Their manager is Damir Sabol, Founder & CEO. They work with Sasa Skevin - Co-Founder & CIO, Long Hei - Head of Data, and Mandy Ng Rusin - VP, Product & Design.
