Nathaniel Wood

Nathaniel Wood is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the mechanical engineering field. Currently serving as the Controls Engineering Manager and previously as a Controls Engineer at PHOTON AUTOMATION, INC. since May 2017, Nathaniel has demonstrated leadership and technical expertise. Prior to this, Nathaniel worked as a ME Machine Shop Lab Assistant at Purdue University, where responsibilities included instructing peers on machinery use and ensuring safety protocols. Nathaniel gained valuable experience as a Co-Op Mechanical Engineer at Torad Engineering, contributing to mathematical modeling, 3D modeling, design improvements, and data collection through LabVIEW programming. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, completed in 2017.
