Prem Francis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support and sales management. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager Admin for Photon since April 2022, Prem promotes a positive workplace while managing asset inventory. Previous roles include Logistic and Claims Assistant at LTD Commodities, where responsibilities included preparing claims bills and assisting with carrier rate contracts, and Account Manager - Operations at Photon, focusing on recruitment processes. With extensive experience in the hotel industry, Prem has successfully managed sales for major brands such as CROWNE PLAZA BENGALURU and Alila Hotels & Resorts, developing relationships with corporate clients and enhancing revenue streams. Prem holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bharathidasan University.
