Vlastimil Jancik

Vlastimil Jancik has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Vlastimil is currently the Head of Accounting and Consolidation at Photon Energy Group since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Finance Manager (Europe) at RITCHY GROUP from October 2017 to September 2022. Vlastimil also served as a Senior Project Manager at OKIN BPS from September 2015 to September 2017. Before that, they held the position of CFO at MullenLowe Group from September 2003 to June 2015. Their earlier roles include Finance Manager at COPA from May 2002 to September 2003, Financial Controller at Ammirati Puris Lintas from May 1996 to October 2001, and Auditor at PwC from September 1993 to April 1996.

Vlastimil Jancik obtained an Ing. degree in Agricultural Engineering and Economics from Mendel University in Brno from 1987 to 1992. Vlastimil also received a Certificate stage in Financial and cost accounting, auditing, financial reporting, finance management, tax system, and IFRS from ACCA between 1993 and 1996. In addition, they hold a PRINCE2 Certificate from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which was obtained in October 2016.
