Christian Dangel is a highly skilled quantum device engineer with extensive experience in the field of semiconductor nanostructures and quantum systems. Currently at Photonic Inc. since May 2022, Christian Dangel holds multiple titles including Staff Quantum Device Engineer, Device Metrics Lead, and Quantum Device Engineer. Prior to this role, Christian Dangel completed a PhD as a Doctoral Student at the Walter Schottky Institute of Technische Universität München, specializing in semiconductor nanostructures. Additional experience includes a position as a Wissenschaftlicher Assistent at UNSW, focusing on Silicon Quantum Computing, and a Marie Curie Early Stage Researcher role at Toshiba Research Europe Limited within the PICQUE network. Educational qualifications consist of a MSc in Applied and Engineering Physics from Technical University of Munich, a BS in Physics from the same institution, and visits to both the University of Cambridge and EPFL for further studies in Physics.
