Isabelle Kao

Isabelle Kao, CPHR, currently serves as the People & Culture Manager at Photonic Inc. since August 2021, contributing to the development of next-generation quantum technologies. Previously, Isabelle held the same title at RESAAS from April 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included HR strategic planning, policy development, and employee relations. Past experiences also encompass roles at Vancouver Startup Week, Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association, #IAmAntiBully, YMCA of Greater Vancouver, and the Canadian Cancer Society, encompassing recruitment, event planning, and member services. Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management from Simon Fraser University.
