Danny Smith currently serves as the Associate Director of Customer Success at PhotoShelter since January 2022, after holding the position of Senior Manager, Customer Success. Prior experience includes leading the Customer Success team at Third Light Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, retention, implementation, training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, Danny managed over 400 global client accounts as a Senior Account Manager. Danny's career also features roles at ClickView as Technical Manager and Operations Manager, as well as experience at Cromwell Business Systems in account management and technical support. Danny began the professional journey in internal sales at The Cambridge News while pursuing education in ICT at Cambridge Regional College, complemented by a foundational education at Chesterton Community College in English Language and Literature.
