Michele Amori has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Web designer for the University of Urbino, where they were responsible for the complete restyling of the site's appearance. In 2001, they became a Web developer for Provincia di Pesaro e Urbino, creating websites using JSP and XHTML/CSS technologies.
From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Project Leader for Regione Marche, specifically on the Carta Raffaello CNS project, which involved developing a chip card for the region's Public Administration.
In 2006, Michele became the Chief Executive Officer of NewTaxi SRL, where they oversaw the development of a mobile app for finding the nearest taxi driver.
In 2010, they joined Innoteam S.r.l. as a Solution Delivery Manager and Scrum Master, supporting the adoption of agile methods and facilitating the realization of projects.
Finally, since 2013, Michele has been working at PhotoSì, initially as a Scrum Master and later as the Chief Information Officer. In 2022, they assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for PhotoSì S.p.A.
Michele Amori obtained a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Informatics Sciences from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, which they completed from 1997 to 2003. During the same period, they focused on the fields of Statistics and Informatics. In 2001, they attended Pesaro Point SPA and completed a Multilanguage Programmer program on Interactive Systems in a Web Environment. In 2000-2001, they studied as a Webmaster at Job Center Pesaro. Prior to their higher education, Michele received a Diploma from Istituto Tecnico per Geometri "Gerolamo Genga" from 1991 to 1996, specializing in Geometra subjects. Michele also earned a Diploma from Scuola Media Galileo Galilei di Pesaro in 1991, focusing on Scuola Media studies.
In addition to their formal education, Michele Amori has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Michele obtained the ITIL 4 Specialist - Create, Deliver and Support certification from PeopleCert in February 2023. In June 2021, they received the ITIL 4 Strategist - Direct, Plan and Improve certification from the same institution. In April 2019, they obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation certification from PeopleCert. Michele also completed the IT Performance & Measures program at SDA Bocconi in June 2017. Moreover, they hold the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they earned in May 2013. Finally, in March 2011, they became an eZ Publish Developer certified by eZ Systems, Norway.

In 2012 we launched Europe's first photo printing app, which today has more than 5 million downloads. In 2021 we were voted Italy's Best E-commerce by the German Institute of Quality (ITQF). Our headquarters are in Riccione but we have 180 employees worldwide, from Germany to Japan, working in the following departments: Purchasing, Accounting, B2B, Management Control and Business Intelligence, Customer Service, Digital Business, Digital Product, HR, IT, Logistics, Marketing, Production, Product Development.
