Addie Kelley

Addie Kelley, CPA, MSA, currently serves as Assistant Controller at Photys Therapeutics since April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager, Accounting at Editas Medicine from March 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities involved overseeing accounting and accounts payable teams, managing accounts receivable, payroll, and equity functions, and supporting treasury initiatives. Prior to Editas Medicine, Addie held various positions at PwC, including Senior Tax Associate and Senior Accountant. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the same institution.
