Bianca Hightower

Bianca Hightower, MBA, M.Ed, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in operations, tax strategy, business recruitment, and financial planning. They currently serve as the Director of Operations for the East Coast Division of PHP Agency, Inc. and own Hightower Insurance & Tax, where they focus on protecting and growing clients' assets through innovative tax strategies and retirement planning. Previously, Bianca held several roles in education, including Director of the James Farmer Scholars Program and Assistant Director for Career and Professional Development at the University of Mary Washington, where they prioritized equity and inclusion and supported student success. They earned a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and are pursuing an MBA at the University of Mary Washington.
