Achille Kouam

Achille Kouam is a professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and operations management. Currently serving as Chargé d'amelioration continue at PHP since July 2016, Achille is responsible for flow management and development, including the establishment of the SPA (Système intégré de production agricole) project and training managers for the organization and monitoring of fruit harvesting operations. Previously, Achille held the position of responsable des flux at Giovany-Tex from October 2008 to January 2010, focusing on commercial strategy consulting, business plan development, and sales growth strategies. Earlier in the career, Achille worked as an Agent social at FAMM-Cameroun from March 2005 to November 2007, overseeing the follow-up of social affiliates. Achille Kouam holds an education degree from ISP LA GOMBE in RDC.
