Kevin Lovely

Kevin Lovely has worked in the tech industry since 2011. Kevin began their career as a Research Assistant at Boston University, where they programmed a rudimentary control system for a humidity chamber using MSP430. In 2012, they became a Corporate Systems Engineer at Acme Packet, where they wrote defect testing automation scripts in TCL/Expect and Bash, and set up network testbeds to test Session Border Controllers (SBCs). In 2013, they joined Oracle Communications as a Staff Software Engineer, designing and writing plugins to implement customized SIP daemon behavior on an SBC. In 2017, they moved to ClearSky Data as a QA/Automation Engineer, writing automation in Python 2.7 to test features of the ClearSky "CMI" VMWare vCenter plugin and QA toolset. In 2018, they joined Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a DevOps Engineer. Finally, in 2019, they joined Jahnel Group as a DevOps Engineer, and in 2022 they will become a Lead DevOps Engineer at Phrase Health.

Kevin Lovely obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Boston University between 2008 and 2012. Kevin also studied Electrical Engineering during their time at Boston University. Additionally, they have a CCNA certification from Cisco.
