Carilee Miles

Carilee Miles, MBA, is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in client services and healthcare management. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Phreesia since April 2021, Carilee has held various roles in client services, including Consultant and Senior Associate. Previously, Carilee worked at Lexington Medical Center, where responsibilities included building patient intake reports, utilizing data analysis to propose solutions for increased revenue, and enhancing departmental communication. Earlier roles as a Patient Care Coordinator and an intern in Clinical Information Technology provided foundational skills in patient management and healthcare analytics. Carilee holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management from East Carolina University, and a Certificate in Business Analytics from the same institution.
