Neil Pratt

Neil Pratt serves as the Senior Assistant General Counsel and Head of International Legal Affairs at PhRMA since August 2010, after holding the position of Assistant General Counsel. Prior to this, Neil worked as the Senior Director of International Trade and Trade Counsel at SPI: The Plastics Industry Trade Association from June 2007 to August 2010. Neil's earlier experience includes an associate role in International Trade and Dispute Resolution at Sidley Austin LLP from May 2002 to June 2007, an associate position focused on International Trade at Powell Goldstein Frazer & Murphy LLP from September 2001 to May 2002, and serving as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable John A. Terry at the D.C. Court of Appeals from August 2000 to August 2001. Neil holds a Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
