Prior experience includes roles as Policy Manager at the Healthcare Leadership Council and Policy and Government Affairs Associate at Novavax, where responsibilities involved tracking legislation and identifying policy opportunities. Sam's research experience spans various organizations, including National Health Law Program and National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, focusing on public health and infectious diseases. Sam holds a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
