Khoa Bui is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and investment promotion. Currently serving as Deputy Chairman of Thu Duc City Young Entrepreneur Club and Chief Legal Counsel at PNJ, Khoa Bui also holds the position of Head of Investment Promotion Division and General Counsel at Thu Duc City Business Association. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel of the Board of Directors at HDBank and Legal Director at Viet Nga Investment - Sovico Group, focusing on M&A, financial projects, and ownership mechanisms. Khoa Bui's extensive experience includes advising over 50 foreign clients on FDI and conducting due diligence for numerous M&A deals. In addition, Khoa Bui is pursuing a Master of Laws in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at Fordham University School of Law.
