Pham Ngoc Lan Anh

Pham Ngoc Lan Anh currently serves as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition and HRBP at PNJ since January 2022. Previously held key roles in talent acquisition at MM Mega Market Vietnam, where responsibilities included nationwide recruitment and collaboration with department heads to meet recruitment demands, and at VinCommerce, where talent acquisition strategies and budget management were developed. Pham's career in the HR field began at EMPLOYMENT VIETNAM and HR2B/Talent Recruitment JSC, focusing on business development and executive search in the FMCG sector. Early experiences include roles in sales and customer service with EAGLE CREEK/PUNGKOOK CORP and PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE, contributing to sales targets and customer relationship management. Pham holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Solvay Brussels School and bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology.
