Tri Thong Le serves as the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at PNJ, a position held since May 2017. Prior to this, Tri Thong Le was the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Partnership Distribution Officer at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. from 2015 to 2017, and held the role of Principal (Phó Tổng Giám Đốc) at The Boston Consulting Group from 2013 to 2015. Tri Thong Le also served as Deputy CEO at DongA Bank from June 2008 to February 2014 and was the CEO of Telecommunications Industry Electronics JSC in 2007-2008. Earlier in Tri Thong Le's career, the role of Director for a project aimed at developing the retailing industry in Vietnam was undertaken, working alongside the Vietnamese Ministry of Trade and HoChiMinh City People's Committee from January 2006 to December 2007. Tri Thong Le's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic and Finance from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Technology - Vietnam National University of HoChi Minh City.
