Debbie Margozewitz

Debbie Margozewitz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and interior design. Currently serving as a Realtor at Phyllis Browning Company since September 2014, Debbie has also owned and operated Debbie's Designs since 1988. Previous roles include ownership of Guardian Angel Pet Care Service from 2000 to 2017, and positions at Castle Hills Home and Hardware, where Debbie managed the gift department and was responsible for space planning and marketing. Additional experience includes working as a Realtor and marketing assistant at Rubiola Mortgage and Realty from 2006 to 2014, as well as holding similar roles at King Realtors from 1990 to 2009. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, and Advertising from Texas State University, completed between 1975 and 1978.
