Randy Baba

Randy Baba has extensive experience in demand planning and supply chain operations, currently serving as a Demand and Supply Planner at Phyn since April 2022. Previous roles include Planning Supervisor at Phenomenex (October 2020 - April 2022) and Manager of Demand Planning at Swann Communications (August 2017 - October 2020). Randy also worked as a Sr. Demand Planning Analyst at Belkin International (January 2015 - August 2017) and held various positions at Sony Electronics from 1992 to 2014, including Manager of Customer Supply Chain Operations and Asset Planning Manager. Responsibilities have included supporting KPI reporting, developing on-time delivery metrics, managing inventory forecasts, and overseeing customer support services. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
