Sheryl Smith

Sheryl Smith, MBA, currently serves as Regional Vice President and Regional Director of Operations at PhyNet Dermatology LLC since December 2021. Prior to this role, Sheryl was a Manager at Peoria Surgical Group Ltd - Plastic Surgery and served as Practice Manager at Peoria Surgical Group Ltd - Surgical Specialties. Sheryl's extensive experience at OSF HealthCare, where responsibilities included managing patient care services and implementing performance improvement projects using Six Sigma methodology, spans nearly two decades. Sheryl began a career in healthcare as a Child Life Specialist, providing emotional support to pediatric surgery patients and their families. Sheryl holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Human Resources Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Family & Consumer Sciences from Western Illinois University.
