Ivo Gueorguiev

Ivo Gueorguiev has worked in a variety of roles in the financial services industry since 1993. Ivo began their career at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as a Senior Banker in the Financial Institutions Group. In 1999, they became a Member of the Supervisory Board of PAC Doverie AD. Ivo then joined Energo SA in 2000 as a Member of the Supervisory Board. In 2007, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at Sovcombank. In 2011, they were appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board at TBI Bank Bulgaria. In 2014, they were appointed a Member of the Board of Directors at Banca Transilvania. In 2015, they co-founded both Paynetics and phyre JSC. At Paynetics, they serve as Co-founder and Executive Chairman, and at phyre JSC they serve as Co-founder. In 2017, they co-founded Phos - Software POS, where they serve as Co-founder.

Ivo Gueorguiev received a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance from the University of Alberta between 1991 and 1993. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in International Business from the University of National and World Economy between 1985 and 1990.
