Rui Zou has an extensive work experience in the field of customer success and technical consulting. They started their career in 2014 as the Co-Founder of Netanic AB, where they served as the owner and solution architect/eCommerce specialist. In this role, they focused on developing e-commerce sites to facilitate Scandinavian companies' entry into the Chinese market. They led a team comprising of in-house staff, Swedish and Chinese IT consultants, logistics experts, and marketers.
In 2017, Rui Zou worked as a Technical Consultant at Awin Global and Apptus Technologies AB, where they provided technical consulting services. At Awin Global, they began their role in January 2017 and ended their tenure in April 2017. At Apptus Technologies AB, they served as a Technical Consultant from September to December 2017.
In 2018, Rui Zou joined LeadDesk as a Customer Success Manager. They held this role for three years, starting from April 2018 and ending in July 2021.
Currently, Rui Zou is employed at Phyron Software as a Manager for Customer Success and Technical Specialist. They have been with the company since August 2021.
