Norb Biderman is currently a Staff Scientist and Contract Lab Manager at Physical Electronics. Previously, they held the position of Senior Scientist II at L'Oréal from 2020 to 2022 and Senior Scientist I from 2016 to 2020. Norb also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the US Photovoltaic Manufacturing Consortium from 2010 to 2016. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science from the University at Albany in 2016 and a Master’s Degree in the same field from the same institution in 2012, following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2010.
