Donald Romine

Mr. Romine is results-oriented senior executive with extensive experience in business growth and development, leadership in the development and execution of strategy, building an effective leadership team, and cultivating a healthy organization culture. He has demonstrated success spanning over 40 years in key leadership roles that include business development, technical leadership, international experience, and whole-enterprise financial responsibility.

In 1993, in collaboration with the company founder and key consultants, Mr. Romine developed a Purchase & Sale transaction to transfer 100% ownership of the company to the Web Industries ESOP Trust. This transaction was completed in 2000. Web Industries ESOP was first established in 1985. Mr. Romine continues to serve as one of three internal ESOP trustees.
