Cinthia Lugo

Cinthia Lugo has extensive experience in payroll administration and management. Cinthia began their career as a College Assistant at The City College of New York, where they provided administrative support and handled timekeeping and payroll documents for 300 employees. Cinthia then worked as a Payroll Coordinator at North General Hospital, where they processed payroll duties and ensured the accuracy of financial calculations. Lugo then joined Montefiore Health System as a Senior Payroll Administrator, collecting information for timekeeping and updating schedules. Cinthia later joined Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) as a Payroll Coordinator, processing payroll for 500 employees and providing customer service for complex problems. Cinthia was promoted to Senior Payroll Analyst, where they maintained an accurate payroll schedule and supported operations and HR. Lugo then became the Associate Payroll Director, overseeing a 3K+ Union/Non-union payroll and providing guidance to the payroll department. Cinthia'smost recent role was Director of Payroll, where they led all aspects of payroll processing, ensured compliance, and resolved payroll inquiries for over 3K employees.

Cinthia Lugo holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Human Resources Management from Mercy College, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Cinthia also has a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Administration, Economics from The City College of New York, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in February 2021, and Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in April 2019.
