Daryl Wieland

Dr. Daryl Wieland is the Chair of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Jacobi and North Central Bronx and Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree from Yale University and her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. After residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center, she took her first attending position at Jacobi in 1998. In addition to her clinical and teaching experience, Dr Wieland’s interest in improving the electronic medical record and collecting better data for reuse led her to complete her master’s degree in clinical informatics from Northwestern University. Board certified in clinical informatics, she has served in the role of Chief Medical Informatics Office at Jacobi.
