Alison Proodian

Alison Proodian has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Alison started their career as a Supervisor of Client Services at Hunter Warfield, where they managed a team and played a role in implementing a CRM platform. Alison then joined BAYADA Home Health Care as a Manager of Client Services, overseeing a large workforce and performing HR duties.

Alison also worked at ActivStyle as a Site Manager and Clinician Services Supervisor, focusing on improving patient experience and compliance. Alison later joined CareSync as a Director of Onsite Programs, responsible for managing projects and leading a team of clinicians. Alison also served as a Sales Operations Supervisor and Channel Support Coordinator at CareSync.

Afterward, Alison worked as a Business Operations Consultant before joining Shady Grove Fertility as an Office Manager in the Florida region. In this role, they successfully integrated plans, resources, and activities to enhance operational efficiency.

Alison then joined Alteon Health as a Manager of Telehealth Operations, where they oversaw the development and implementation process of various telehealth programs and projects. Alison worked with cross-functional teams and served as a liaison amongst different constituents.

Alison then moved to Ezra as an Expansion Operations Manager, managing projects between internal teams, clients, and vendors. Alison also assisted in the preparation and deployment of clinical research projects.

Most recently, Alison worked at Better Health Group as a Senior Integration Project Manager, supporting the Executive Leadership Team and managing day-to-day facilitation of corporate governance. Alison also supported enterprise-level special projects and played a key role in strategic planning and integration efforts.

Currently, Alison is working as a Project Manager of Integration at Shady Grove Fertility, where they are responsible for managing integration projects.

Alison Proodian completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Robert Morris University, attending from 2005 to 2009. Alison has also obtained a certification in Project Management from Coursera, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
