Rushabh R.

Rushabh R. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1999, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at NGK's Teaching Academy. In 2004, they interned at NeuroSpeech Technologies. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (Sr. CRM Consultant) at Amdocs, where they analyzed workflows and conducted training sessions. In 2009, they worked as a Business Intern at Freedom Health. Rushabh then pursued a Graduate Assistant position in the Management Department at Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, Rushabh joined Talent.me as a Director of Product Management, where they played a pivotal role in growing the network's membership and improving the user experience. Since 2012, they have been employed at Better Health Group, initially as a Director of Product Management & Analytics, later as a Senior Director of Medical Economics, and currently as the Vice President of Medical Economics. In this role, they spearhead various projects, including the creation of a new Patient Information System and the implementation of performance evaluation measures for in-network physicians.

Rushabh R. has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE), which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Rushabh also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which they acquired from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Rushabh R. has obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in August 2015.
