Samantha Estelle-Abate is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in urgent care and clinical settings. Currently employed at PhysicianOne Urgent Care since August 2022 and previously at Concentra and CVS MinuteClinic, Samantha has demonstrated expertise in patient care and healthcare documentation. Prior to these roles, Samantha served as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Systems Trainer at Waterbury Hospital, where responsibilities included training physicians in patient information input and efficient documentation. Additionally, Samantha has experience providing support to special needs adolescents and adults at All Pointe Care, LLC/All Pointe HomeCare, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Family Practice Nursing from American International College, an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from CT State Naugatuck Valley, a Phlebotomy Certificate from Goodwin College, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Pre-Medical Studies from Quinnipiac University.
