David Wayne has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. David started their career as a Junior Account Executive at Discovery Communications in 1997, where they created and presented the value proposition of the Discovery Family of networks to clients and negotiated budgets. David then worked at The New York Times as an Account Manager from an unknown start date to 2008. Following that, they joined WebMD as the Director of Strategic Accounts & Partnerships, collaborating and executing successful brand solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. In 2016, they became the Executive Director at Outcome Health and then moved to CheckedUp as the Vice President of Sponsorship Sales in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Physician's Weekly since April 2022.
David Wayne attended SUNY Oneonta from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric.
