Madhav Gotmare

Madhav Gotmare started his work at Physics Wallah in June 2022 under the PW Vidyapeeth branding (revenue around ₹1000 crore). He built 0-1 analytics business reporting solutions and helped implement data-driven solutions and products. He led revenue collection operations for PW Vidyapeeth, set up inbound call processes for efficient lead management, and supported the implementation of a new ERP system, including modules for fee collection, student inquiry, product analysis, and functionality mockups. Madhav also led the "Study Buddy" referral program, generating over 35,000 admissions and $27 million in revenue with a low Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) of ₹2657.

He later centralized over 240 million data units across ERP, CRM, ticketing platforms, and telephony data, working closely with the Data Engineering team to build data pipelines. His work in automating analytics solutions led to a 25% reduction in Redshift database costs through query optimization and process automation using Apache Airflow.

Currently, he is focused on implementing a Queue Management System (QMS) at PW offline centers to improve student-parent crowd management, team productivity, and visitor tracking.
