Stephen Rose

Stephen Rose is an experienced technology and product leader currently serving as the VP of Product at PhysicsX since November 2024, following a brief tenure as the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Kallikor. Prior to these roles, Stephen held multiple positions at Improbable from April 2019 to December 2023, including Chief Product & Technology Officer for Enterprise Insights and roles focused on the Defence sector. Stephen's career began at McLaren Racing as a Software Engineer, progressing through various leadership positions at McLaren Applied and McLaren Applied Technologies, where responsibilities included full P&L accountability for the Performance Management Systems line of business. Academically, Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Exeter and completed the Fast-Track Advanced Management Program at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
