Caroline Bishop

Caroline Bishop has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Caroline is currently working as the Clinical Quality Governance Lead at Physitrack PLC. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Clinical Governance (Therapy Division) at Totally Plc from 2019 to 2022. Caroline also worked at Optimum Healthcare Solutions for a significant portion of their career, where they held multiple roles. As the Head of Clinical and Operational Governance, they were responsible for maintaining ISO accreditation, managing the transition to a new standard, and creating standardized policies and procedures across clinics. Caroline also served as a Senior Physiotherapist and Regional Coordinator, and as a Physiotherapist, where they played a key role in the company's growth and developed effective communication skills.

Caroline Bishop completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire from 2006 to 2009.
