Justin Gerlach has a strong background in quality management and regulatory affairs. Justin is currently working as the Director of Quality at PhytogenX, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Quality Manager at Flinchbaugh Engineering, Inc. from March 2021 to January 2023. From March 2019 to March 2021, Justin was employed as the Quality Manager at OpSec Security. Justin has also held various positions at Jackson ImmunoResearch, including Manager of Quality and Regulatory Affairs from February 2013 to March 2019, Quality Assurance Supervisor from September 2007 to February 2013, and Laboratory Technician from February 2007 to September 2007. Before joining Jackson ImmunoResearch, Justin worked as the NIR Laboratory Manager at Agri Analysis from July 2005 to February 2007.
Justin Gerlach completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Environmental Studies at Franklin & Marshall College from 2001 to 2005. Justin later obtained the certification of Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from ASQ in October 2015.

Analyze and select a new boiler and heat exchanger system to increase processing capacity at this contract manufacturer for the skincare industry. The enhancements will support growing batch production levels and provide ample heated deionized water, which is a major ingredient in many PhytogenX products. Achieving efficiencies in these areas willgreatly enhance throughput.
