Veronica Bauscher has a diverse work experience in the fields of research and development and pharmaceuticals. Veronica began their career at Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2015 with a job shadow/internship opportunity. In 2012, they worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health for four years. From 2016 to 2019, they held various roles at Cospro Development Corp, including as the Head of Research and Development and as a Lead Chemist. Currently, they are working at PhytogenX, Inc. as a Research and Development Chemist 2. Throughout their career, Veronica has demonstrated expertise in developing innovative product formulations and meeting customer needs in the cosmetics and personal care industry.
Veronica Bauscher attended Cabrini College from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biotechnology and Chemistry. In May 2015, they obtained a Pharmacy Technician Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.

Analyze and select a new boiler and heat exchanger system to increase processing capacity at this contract manufacturer for the skincare industry. The enhancements will support growing batch production levels and provide ample heated deionized water, which is a major ingredient in many PhytogenX products. Achieving efficiencies in these areas willgreatly enhance throughput.
