Sara Marino

Sara Marino has extensive experience in talent and operations. Sara is currently the Director of Talent & Operations at Phyton Consulting, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Technical Recruiter/ Resource Manager at Core BTS from 2014 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting, guiding, and developing the commercial staff augmentation team members in the NY area. Sara also managed and built a talent database, worked with clients to create new opportunities, and developed new business. Before that, they were the Founder and Managing Partner at Hire Echelon from 2008 to 2014.

Sara Marino completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in PR/J at Utica University between 1993 and 1997. Prior to that, they attended St. Thomas Aquinas from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, they hold three certifications from LinkedIn: Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling (obtained in January 2023), Process Improvement Foundations (obtained in January 2023), and Unconscious Bias (obtained in March 2021).
