Eric Baumgardner

Eric Baumgardner has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Eric has held various roles in different companies. In their current position as the Managing Director at Phyton Talent Advisors, they provide Talent Advisory and Staffing services to clients globally. Prior to this, they were the Division Director at Focus - I.T. & Engineering Staffing, where they successfully grew the business to a world-class staffing and search firm. Eric achieved the Inc 5000 list and generated $5MM in revenue. Before that, Eric worked as a Senior Account Manager at Resolution Technologies, Inc., where they focused on identifying and capturing revenue-generating opportunities. Eric played a crucial role in sales planning, brand management, and strategic account development. Eric also has experience as an Account Executive at GDH Consulting, a Business Development Manager at ettain group, and an IT Recruiter at The Intersect Group. Additionally, Eric gained valuable skills as a Tennis Professional and Director of Women's Program at Dunwoody Country Club, where they successfully managed and grew the program. In the early years of their career, Eric worked as a High Performance Tennis Professional, providing top-level training and instruction to aspiring tennis players.

From 2001 to 2005, Eric Baumgardner attended Birmingham-Southern College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. In 2002, they also obtained the certification of Certified Level P1 from the United States Professional Teaching Association (USPTA).
