Hritika Solanki

Hritika Solanki has a Master's degree in food biotechnology from Amity University Mumbai, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology. Hritika has gained valuable experience through various internships, such as one at PHYX44 LABS where Hritika currently works as a Scientist II. Previous roles include Scientist I, Associate Researcher, and Project Intern. Hritika has also interned at organizations like the Chamber for Advancement of Small & Medium Businesses and the Food Regulation and Compliance Centre. Additionally, Hritika completed a student internship at CSIR−Central Food Technological Research Institute, focusing on the formulation of a wheat germ-based non-fried extruded savory snack.
