Cherukuri Mounika has a diverse work experience in various roles. Cherukuri started their career as a Customer Relationship Officer at Bandhan Bank in May 2019 and worked until January 2020. In March 2020, they joined Boring Commerce as a Content Producer and worked until November 2020. Cherukuri then joined Bluesway Entertainments Pvt Ltd in September 2020 and worked as a Content Writer before being promoted to Brand Management. Their responsibilities at Bluesway Entertainments included leading marketing programs, analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis to develop successful go-to-market strategies. Currently, they are working at Pi DATACENTERS as a Marketer, where they lead a cross-functional team and focuses on building unique campaign ideas, digital marketing strategies, and brand management to enhance the company's growth.

Cherukuri Mounika pursued a PGDM degree in Marketing from Indus Business Academy - IBA, Bangalore, from 2017 to 2019.
