Quan Pham

Quan Pham has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Software Engineer for PYCO Group. In 2006, they became an IT Security Auditor for UNiTAB Limited (now Tatts Group) and also began Academic Research at the Information Security Institute, Queensland University of Technology. In 2011, they became a Consultant for BAE Systems and in 2012, a Senior Security Specialist for Sensis. In 2014, they were appointed Global IT Solutions Architect for Incitec Pivot Limited and in 2016, Chief Information Security Officer for Melbourne Water. Most recently, in 2017, they founded and became CEO of PI.EXCHANGE, an accessible AI platform for everyone through AI-guided and low/no-code automation, simplicity and affordability.

Quan Pham's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information Security from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) between 2006 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney between 2001 and 2004. Quan also holds certifications from ISACA (CISM), (ISC)2 (CISSP), The SABSA Institute (SABSA Practitioner (Risk, Assurance & Governance)), and The Open Group (TOGAF Certified).
