Alice Brum

Alice joined the Ocean Wealth team as a Marketing & Administrative Assistant in late 2020. She brings a wealth of experience from the IT industry as a senior Business Analyst and has been involved in the financial industry throughout her working life; from spending a decade in the banking industry while working toward her accounting designation and completing the Canadian Securities Course in 1998 with honours while in university, to working with the Ministry of Finance over the last decade.

Since devoting herself as a full-time parent in 2016, she re-entered the workforce on a part-time basis to assist Ian, a family friend since 2009, and help support the Victoria office.

Alice loves nature and is a strong believer in healthy living, quality cooking, staying active, and a little competition. In 2004, she and her dragon boat team were instrumental in making history as the first ever Victoria team to qualify for and return with two bronze medals from the World Championships in South Africa.
