Previously, Brett served as Principal at Plan to Prosper - Intifin Financial Group from 2008 to 2021, providing comprehensive financial planning and advisory services. Prior roles include VP, Head of Research & Development at RBC Global Asset Management from 2005 to 2008, where Brett founded the Ideas & Innovations Team, and VP/Director of Product Development at Dynamic Funds from 2001 to 2005, enhancing the firm's assets under management significantly.
