Atanu Roy

Atanu Roy has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Atanu currently holds the position of President & Group CIO at PI Industries Ltd. Prior to this, they worked at Biocon Group as the Senior Vice President & Group CIO from September 2020 to August 2023. Before Biocon, they served as the Senior Vice President & Global CIO at SUN PHARMA for five years from April 2015 to September 2020. Atanu also held the position of Vice President & Global CIO, IT & Business Process Excellence at Dr.Reddys Laboratories from July 2011 to March 2015. In their earlier career, they worked at HP Services in various leadership roles, including Head - Industry Consulting, Head - Manufacturing and Distribution Industries Practice, and Head Supply Chain Practice. Atanu started their professional journey as a Sales Engineer at Larsen & Toubro in August 1991. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
