Shilpa also had a role at Centrient Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Legal Counsel for the BU AMEA, providing legal support on various projects and serving as the chairperson for the Internal Complaints Committee.

Shilpa then joined PI Industries Ltd as the Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance.
