Umesh Jadhav

Umesh Jadhav has over 25 years of experience in the field of internal audit and risk management. Umesh'smost recent role was as the Sr. Vice President and Head of Internal Audit at PI Industries Ltd. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Internal Audit and ERM at Allana Group, where they played a key role in establishing the governance framework across multiple companies. Umesh has also held various leadership positions at JSW Steel Ltd, Essar, Reliance Communications, Tata Chemicals, Reliance Energy Limited, and Aneja Associates, where they were responsible for driving internal audit initiatives, implementing risk frameworks, and conducting operational and process audits. Umesh has a strong background in audit analytics and has actively participated in management audit committees and board audit committees throughout their career.
