Stéphane Bussa has had a successful career in various sales and management roles. Stéphane started working at Thales Laser in 1998 as a Sales Manager for the EMEA region. In 2001, they moved to Alcatel Optronics as a Key Account Manager. In 2003, they joined Keithley Instruments as a Global Account Manager. In 2007, they became the Managing Director of PI France SAS and later became the President/CEO in 2012. In 2016, they transitioned to the PI (Physik Instrumente) Group as the VP of Sales & Marketing and then became the Chief Sales Officer in 2020.

From 1992 to 1997, Stéphane Bussa attended Polytech Paris-Saclay, where they obtained a Master's degree in Opto-Electronic Engineering. Stéphane focused on the field of Engineering Degree / Optronic during their studies.
